METHOD:



1. Mundu ga sorakaya thurumu oka bowl lo vesukoni biyam pindi veyali.. 

2. Allam,pachi mirapakayala paste,karivepaku,kothimera,salt,1/4tsp pasupu, vesi baga kalapali..

3. Inka endulo water add cheyakudadhu.. motham kalipaka muddala rakunda enka jaripothunattu vunte enka koddiga biyam pindi add chesukono vadala ga vasthunda leda chusukovali.. 

4. Salt n karam thakkuva aithe add chesukoni.. thadi cloth meda r cover meda vada la chesukoni kagina oil lo vesi fry chesukoni tiseyali..

MAIDHA BURFII:INGREDIENTS:

2.Jeedipappu:10,15
3.Maida:3/4th cup
5.Sugar:1cup
6.Food colour:pinch r2,3 drops
7.Vanila Essence:1/2tsp

METHOD:

1. Mundu ga oka plate ki ghee rasukoni pakkana pettukovali.. 

2. Ippudu maida ni baga jallinchukoni pakkana petti.. 

3. Oka pan petti koncham oil vesi jeedipappu vainchukoni pakkana petti ade pan lo motham ghee vesi maida ni low flame lo baga vainchukovali.. 

4. Kaluputhune vundali adugu antakunda oka 5 mins aiyaka baga vegindanukunaka food colour vesi off chesi kalipi pakkana pettukovali.. 

5. Ippudu veroka pan tisukoni 1/2cup water vesi sugar,venila essence vesi kaluputhu vundali.. 

6. tiga pakam vachaka stove off chesi manam vainchukunna maida lo e pakam poyali kaluputhu.. 

7. Pakam antha vesaka motham kalipi manam mundu ga ghee rasukunna plate lo edantha veseyali.. 

8. Koncham goruvechaka vunaka manam vainchukunna jeedipappu ni vati paina vesi athukunettu ga press chesi manaki kavalsina shape lo cut chesukovali..


NOTE:

4. Pan petti oil vesi avalu, vesi vegaka,yendumirapakayalu,jeelakara,menthulu vesi fry chesi onion mukkalu vesi,karivepaku vesi vainchukovali..

5. Ippudu allam,velulli paste vesi pachi vasana poyadaka vainchuukoni pasupu,karam,jeera powder,daniyapowder,salt,,mirapakaya mukkalu,manam tayaru chesukunna paste vesi okasari anni kalupukoni gravy loose aiyadaka water add chesi mutha petti 30mints slow flame lo vudakaniyali.. 

6. Ippudu mutha tisi sanaga tarigina kothimera,pudina,perugu vesi kalupukovali..
