Maidha Burfi Sweet Recipe in Telugu

MAIDHA BURFII:INGREDIENTS:

1.Ghee:1/2cup
2.Jeedipappu:10,15
3.Maida:3/4th cup
5.Sugar:1cup
6.Food colour:pinch r2,3 drops
7.Vanila Essence:1/2tsp

METHOD:

1. Mundu ga oka plate ki ghee rasukoni pakkana pettukovali.. 

2. Ippudu maida ni baga jallinchukoni pakkana petti.. 

3. Oka pan petti koncham oil vesi jeedipappu vainchukoni pakkana petti ade pan lo motham ghee vesi maida ni low flame lo baga vainchukovali.. 

4. Kaluputhune vundali adugu antakunda oka 5 mins aiyaka baga vegindanukunaka food colour vesi off chesi kalipi pakkana pettukovali.. 

5. Ippudu veroka pan tisukoni 1/2cup water vesi sugar,venila essence vesi kaluputhu vundali.. 

6. tiga pakam vachaka stove off chesi manam vainchukunna maida lo e pakam poyali kaluputhu.. 

7. Pakam antha vesaka motham kalipi manam mundu ga ghee rasukunna plate lo edantha veseyali.. 

8. Koncham goruvechaka vunaka manam vainchukunna jeedipappu ni vati paina vesi athukunettu ga press chesi manaki kavalsina shape lo cut chesukovali..


NOTE:

1. Nenu green colour use chesa..miku kavalsina colour miru vadukovachu..

2. Tiga pakam ante sugar vesaka koncham mariginchaka aa syrup ni oka spoon tho plate lo vesi 2 fingers tho pattukoni chudandi.. tiga la sagithepakam taiyaraindanukovachu..
