Egg Gravy Recipe in Telugu

EGG GRAVY:INGREDIENTS:

1. Eggs: 4
2. Karam: 2,3tsps
3. Salt
4. Oil: 4,5tsps
5. Garam masala: 1tsp
6. Tomatos: 4
7. Pudina: 1/2cup
8. Kothimera
9. Onions: 2
10. Pasupu: 1/2tsp
11. Allam velulli paste: 1tsp
12. Daniyala podi: 1tsp


Egg Gravy Recipe METHOD in Telugu:



1. Mundu ga eggs ni salt vesi boil chesukoni pottu tisi madyalo ki cut chesi pakkana pettukovali..

2. Ippudu pan petti oil vesi 1/4tsp pasupu vesi koncham salt vesi cut chesukunna eggs ni yolk(yellow) vunna vaipu pan lo pettali.. 

3. Adi fry aiyaka malli enko vaipu fry chesukoni oka plate lo ki tisukoni pakkana pettukovali..

4. Eppudu ade pan lo oil vesi sanaga cut chesina onion mukkalu,pudina vesi baga fry chesukovali..

5. Avi koddiga fry aiyaka allam,velulli paste vesi pachi vasana poyadaka vainchi sanaga cut chesina tomato mukkalu vesi koddiga boil avuthunnappudu pasupu,salt vesi kalipi mutha petti oka 2mints vudikinchaka karam,daniya powder,garam masala vesi kalipi koncham water add chesi vudakaniyali.. 

6. Adi boil avuthunnappudu frt chesukunna eggs vesi enko 2mints boil chesukoni kothimera challi dincheyali..
