3. Karam(three mangoes karam podi): 250 grm
4. Chinthapandu: 240gms
5. Menthula podi: 2tsps
6. Oil: 250gms

Usirikaya Nilva Pachadi METHOD:



1. Mundu ga chinthapandu ni nanabettali oka 20 mnts ..

2. Ippudu gujju laga rasani pindukoni pan petti medium flame lo chinthapandu ni baga paste aiyadaka vudikinchukovali..

3. Usirikayalani tadi batta tho thuduchukoni tadi antha poyadaka yendalo pettukovali tadi poyadaka..

4. Ippudu oil vesi medium flame lo vediga aiyaka usirikayalaki chinna gatlu pettukoni oil lo vesi golden brown colour aiyadaka fry chesukovali..

5. Ippudu vusirikayalu,chinthapandu paste challaga aiyaka oka bowl tisukoni.. salt,karam,menthula podi,velulli,chinthapandu paste,vusirikayalani vesukoni pakkana pettali..
